Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of an office development in Latham, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a 107,000-square-foot, four-story above grade office development; for site work for a office development; for the demolition of a 26,000-square-foot office development; and for the renovation of a office development.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: demolition of the existing one-story office building (approximately 26,000 square feet) at 1201 Troy-Schenectady Road; interior renovation of 1203 Troy-Schenectady Road; and the construction of a new 107,000 square foot four-story office building in the same general area as Building 1201 which will connect to Building 1203. The project went before the town of Colonie Planning board on March 7, 2023. As of May 20, 2024, information regarding the selection of an architect has not been disclosed. A general contractor has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
