Site work and paving for a civil project in Rigaud, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes the replacement of water and sewer pipelines and integration of storm pipelines in order to divert rainwater from the sanitary network on the streets of Hôtel-de-Ville / Levac (Part 1 ) and Sainte-Madeleine / Gérard-Chicoine (Part 2). This project also includes the road repairs including foundations, paving, sidewalks and curbs. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction packate relating to the Sainte-Madeleine and Gérard-Chicoine Streets has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Replacement of Infrastructures on Rues Ste-Madeleine and Gérard-Chicoine. Subsequent package tender(s) is(are) anticipated in spring/summer 2024 and will be followed in new separate reports. Construction is underway.
