The project includes four (4) locations total. At all locations, the project consists of installing rain gardens (plants excluded) in backyards, drain pipe, catch basins in the right-of-way, and pipe connections to existing structures. The locations are as follows: 1. 919 I Oka Av 2. 507 S Pine St 3. 204 S Louis St 4. 1764 Wood Ln A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package This maintenance bond or maintenance letter of credit amount shall consist of ten percent (10%) of the final project cost Upon submission of the executed contract to the Village, Contractor shall furnish to the Village a surety bond in the amount one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the bid for the faithful performance of the Contract and to indemnify the Village against loss. The Contractor shall also furnish a labor and materials bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid to ensure payment for all labor and materials, including compliance with the provisions of law relating to the payment of the prevailing rate of wages.
