Estimated cost is $170,000 - $180,000 Project consists of installation of a new storm sewer system and repairs in, along and adjacent to Bauman Avenue in Brentwood Borough including, but not limited to, the installation of storm sewer manholes; inlets; approximately 800 linear feet of 15" SLCPP WT JT storm sewer ranging in site clearing; unclassified bulk and trench excavation; erosion and sedimentation control measures; associated site and pavement restorations; traffic control utility coordination; and resident notifications, complete in place. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected.
