Site work and paving for a civil project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Estimated cost is $170,000 - $180,000 Project consists of installation of a new storm sewer system and repairs in, along and adjacent to Bauman Avenue in Brentwood Borough including, but not limited to, the installation of storm sewer manholes; inlets; approximately 800 linear feet of 15" SLCPP WT JT storm sewer ranging in site clearing; unclassified bulk and trench excavation; erosion and sedimentation control measures; associated site and pavement restorations; traffic control utility coordination; and resident notifications, complete in place. Project Location: 3735 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227. All bids submitted must have the contractor's valid pre-qualification certification attached to the outside of the bid or it will be rejected. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Brentwood Borough in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract.
