Reference number : 1583726 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-31 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon is requesting bids for paving repair work over a total length of +/- 1.7 kilometers on Iberville Road. Completion of the work is scheduled for the summer of 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft representing 10% of the amount of the bid, payable to the Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon or a bond. of tender or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, established in the same amount and valid for a period of ninety (90) days beyond the date of opening of the tenders. The Municipality of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no liability towards the tenderer(s) for the preparation and submission of tenders. Depending on the budget available to the Municipality, the project may be carried out in phases, in whole or in part. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
