Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of 07/27/2021 This contract has been awarded to GVC in the amount of $819,432.90. The Town of Lexington invites sealed bids for Oxbow and Constitution Road Stream Daylighting and Drainage Improvement Project. A. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the selective demolition of the existing 36" RCP drain along Oxbow Road, demolition of an existing 36" RCP drain within Kiln Brook, installation of a new drainage network on Constitution Road, a new 8' by 5' precast concrete culvert with headwalls and wing walls, 170-foot long open channel, a vegetated mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) vegetated retaining wall, wetland replication, paving, and all appurtenances and incidental work necessary to complete the construction. B. The Town of Lexington is currently procuring the 8'x5' precast concrete culvert, a special manhole DMH-13, and a 6'x6' rectangular manhole DMH-15 to help minimize the lead times of precast concrete products. The measurement and payment has been written to separate these items into two categories to account for the Town's separate procurement.
