Renovation of a water / sewer project in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
All Bids were rejected. Project may rebid at a future date. Electronic copies of the Bid Documents in Adobe .pdf format may be obtained for bidding purposes from Burns & McDonnell upon deposit of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each set of Contract Documents consisting of one Project Manual and one set of Contract Drawings. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security. Bidders shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act (820 ILCS 130). Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity provisions. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village. Bid Documents are available for viewing at the Public Works Facility, 222 N. Ridge Ave., Arlington Heights, Illinois, weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
