Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Chester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Westchester County Pedestrian Safety Improvements Villages of Port Chester, Rye Brook, Towns of Harrison, Mamaroneck, Greenburgh, Mount Pleasant and Cities of Peekskill, Rye, White Plains and Yonkers, New York Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal Pages and all bids over $100,000 must also be accompanied by the "Bid Bond and Consent of Surety" (as set forth in the Proposal Pages) attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder, no matter the amount of its bid, will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond and required insurance with its signed contract. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. Addenda notification will be emailed from the Empire State Bid Net or Westchester County DPWT to Bidders listed on the official Plan Holders List. Receipt of all Addenda must be noted on Proposal Page 3 submitted with the bid. Failure of any Bidder to receive any such Addendum or interpretation shall not relive such Bidder from any obligation under this Bid submittal. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Contract Documents. Bidders shall promptly notify Kevin Roseman of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within 12 days of bid opening. This project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) utilization goal of 10% and an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Utilization Goal of 22.6% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The goal is expressed as a percentage of the total bid price. The use of Equitable Business Opportunities (EBO) software will be required on this project. Bidders will be required to complete Non-Collusive Bidding Certifications and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities Forms. See Special Notice "Proposal Page Completion Checklist". Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Contract term: 180 Days after Notice to Proceed BID ESTIMATE RANGE: $500,000 to $600,000 The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids.
