Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a residential development in Goodman, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Goodman is soliciting bids for five (5) homeowner housing units, one (1) that will be demolished and rebuilt, one(1) mobile home replacement and three (3) units that will be rehabilitated with the Town's HOME rehab grant program # 1230-M18-SG-280-197. Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the Goodman Board of Aldermen shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246. The Town of Goodman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on behalf of the homeowners. The Town of Goodman is an equal opportunity housing provider.
