The last day to submit questions is 3pm (local time) Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Proposals submitted under this Request for Proposals (RFP) will utilize funding authorized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This RFP process is designed to focus on funding new public facility projects that establish or expand the organization's capacity to provide programs and services to low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents. The proposed Public Facility grants will assist nonprofit organizations to expand services to support the needs of low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents. The purpose of the funding through this RFP is to provide non-profit organizations that serve low- and moderate-income communities in Phoenix with funding to improve service delivery of critical programs and services. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
