The GTH has a mandate to plan, develop, construct, operate, manage and promote a dedicated transportation logistics park in Regina Saskatchewan. Through an RFP process and effective October 1, 2019, Colliers was awarded the contract to manage, operate and market the GTH under the direction and authority of the GTH Board of Directors that will continue to oversee land sales, financial performance and regulatory activities. The GTH consists of approximately 1800 acres which is the area south of Dewdney Avenue to the south side of Canadian Pacific mainline, between the West Regina Bypass on the east and the City boundary on the west.The common infrastructure consists of over 300 acres which includes approximately 9kms of asphalt double lane non divided road surface, grass ditches, grass storm water retention ponds and channels. It is the intention of the GTH to enter into an agreement with a proponent that can provide landscape and infrastructure maintenance on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week crisis services basis. The GTH is asking proponents to bid on the following core services: 1. Daily Site Inspection and Roadway Patrol 2. Roadside Vegetation and Noxious Weed Control 3. Roadway Cleaning and Sweeping 4. Litter Collection and Graffiti Removal 5. Ditch and Watercourse Maintenance 6. Roadway Snow Plowing 7. Winter Abrasive and Chemical Snow and Ice Control 8. Signage and Pavement Marking Maintenance 9. Safety Management 10. Emergency and Incident Response In addition to the above, the GTH is requesting proponents who are able to provide the following to inculde unit pricing for each: 1. Crack Sealing 2. Roadway Pavement Maintenance 3. Water and Sewer Operator 4. Line Painting - for the entire site 5. Hydrant Maintenance 6. Hydrant Flow Testing
