Reference number : 1495975 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for work to repair the envelope and certain housing units of three buildings at Habitations de Maisonneuve, at the following addresses: 2485, boulevard de Maisonneuve Est, 1600, rue d'Iberville and 1601 -1615, rue Poupart. The project consists of carrying out all the works in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the mandate consists of: -1600 rue d'Iberville: replacement of masonry, doors and windows, balconies and refurbishment of vacant dwellings; -1601 to 1615, rue Poupart: replacement of the masonry, doors and windows, balconies; -2485, boul. de Maisonneuve Est: Repair of the building envelope, the access ramp and the repair of certain housing units. The work will be carried out in an overall plan comprising a vacant building with 4 apartments intended for families, an inhabited building with 69 apartments intended for single people and families and an inhabited building with 11 apartments intended for families. During the works, the units will be occupied or vacant, as the case may be. Subject to the conditions and requirements set out in the tender documents, the contract is awarded to the tenderer who submitted the lowest compliant tender, for all the work to be carried out for the three buildings in total . This contract comes into force on signature of the letter of commitment by the successful tenderer and the execution of the work must not exceed 52 weeks .
