Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Southwest Independent School District proposes to renovate portions of the distri sting Transportation Department. The approximate overall construction value of the project which includes all contractor fees and contingencies is $1,400,000.00. One contractor will be selected for the execution of this project. Procurement Documents include selection criteria and detailed information regarding the project scope and what offerors are required to respond to when submitting their RFCSP responses. Construction is scheduled to begin July 2021 and be completed by April 2022. Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base proposal amount. This bond shall be paid to the owner in the event that the Offeror, if awarded the contract, should fail within (7) days following the award to execute and return the contract, together with the Performance and Payment Bonds with acceptable surety. In lieu of a Bid Bond, as Proposed Security, Owner may accept a deposit in the amount of five percent of the base proposal amount by cashiers check issued by a bank satisfactory to the owner. The successful proposer must deliver to the owner a fully executed Performance and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted proposal as security for the faithful performance of the contract and payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with this contract SWISD, the owner, reserves the right to reject any and all competitive sealed proposals, and to waive any informality or irregularity in proposals, when such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the Owner. Also, the owner reserves the right to accept any base proposal, and/or any combination of a base proposals and alternate proposals.
