Tender documents may be obtained as from November 16, 2021 with the Electronic Bidding System. Note that this call for tenders is subject to the following agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (ALEC), Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Markets in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO). All questions relating to this request for tenders can be submitted to Mr. Frédéric Rivard, Eng., Section Head - Civil Engineering of the Infrastructure and Asset Management Service, only in writing to the address: infrastructures@ville.sainte- julie.qc.ca.
