Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vienna, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
As of June 25, 2021, the project has been awarded to D&R Heating & Cooling, LLC but amount not available. The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the Vienna Senior Center Heating and HVAC units located at 706 29th Street, Vienna, WV. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate. Remove three existing 80,000 BTU Furnaces with 3 ton condensing units. Furnish and install three new high efficiency (at minimum 92%) furnaces with new 3 ton condensing units. Flush existing refrigerant piping with RX-11 flush. Each furnace shall be equipped with a commercial air purifier unit. Separate the twinned units to allow individual use. Furnish and install three new programmable thermostats - upstairs, downstairs, main room, and downstairs lobby. Successful bidder is responsible for cleanup of project area. .
