Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peoria, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 1, 2021. The project has been awarded with the amount of $2,494,780.50. This project is located in the City of Peoria. The limits of improvements include the North 75th Avenue corridor between West Cholla Street to West Thunderbird Road. The work consists of replacing the existing 8-inch and 12-inch waterlines primarily asbestos cement pipes (ACP) with a new 16-inch waterline. Work will also include several jack and bore operations at SRP Irrigation crossings. As part of the waterline improvements work, restorations will be required for the removal and replacement of pavement, curb, gutter, landscaping, signing, and pavement marking, as shown in the project plans and as required to fully restore existing improvements that will be impacted by the proposed waterline construction. The work described in these Technical Special Provisions and shown on the plans for this project shall be performed in accordance with the current City of Peoria Engineering Standard Manual and Uniform Standard Details Supplement, Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Uniform Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, City of Peoria amendments, and these special provisions.
