Reference number : 1496887 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-25 Electronic submission accepted: No Paving work on Chemin Saint-Laurent AO-170-07-2021 The Municipality of Lac-Simon wishes to obtain bids to proceed, mainly but not limited to, to granular recharge and paving work on the Saint-Laurent road of approximately 1000 m, on the territory of Lac-Simon. All tenders submitted must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to 10% of the value of the contract. Interested parties should read the Municipality's " Contractual management policy " at the following address: www.Lac-Simon.net , under the "Call for tenders" tab at the bottom of the homepage. The Municipality of Lac-Simon does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs, nor any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s). Bids not meeting specifications and conditions will be rejected. Any submission that has not been made on the forms provided for this purpose and sealed in a single envelope bearing the words " SUBMISSION - AO-170-07-2021 - PAVING WORK ON SAINT-LAURENT ROAD " will be rejected. Any submission that is incomplete, conditional, obscure or contains erasures, modifications or irregularities of any kind will be rejected. award is subject to final approval.
