Sealed bids, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be received at this office for furnishing and delivering the commodity as described herein. Wake County Solid Waste Management Division requests quotes from qualified contractors to provide turnkey roadside litter pickup on non-interstate roadways within Wake County, North Carolina Contractor shall pick up litter along both sides of the designated roadways twice a year. Timing and scheduling of litter pickup will be established with selected vendor during the contract process. Invoices shall be emailed to chelsea.arey@wakegov.com. The contract will be awarded for services for one year beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 with two possible one-year contract extensions. Wake County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The County also reserves the right to waive clerical errors or minor deviations going to the responsiveness of the bid.
