**As of August 5, 2021, this project has been awarded to Graybach Construction with a total amount of $6,244,600.00 which includes alternates. All questions requiring additional information or clarification shall be submitted to the Architect by June 25, 2021. Bid Security will be required in the amount and form defined by the Instructions to Bidders and Amendment to the Instructions to Bidders. Any proposed equal for a standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. The proposed equal shall be considered rejected if no Addendum is issued accepting the proposed equal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than 100% of the Contract Sum. Liquidated damages will be assessed for failure to complete the Work within the time specified noted in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid and to reject any and/all bids. A set of Bidding Documents is comprised of one set of drawings and one bound set of the project manual. Partial sets may be purchased by individual contractors at their own cost and shall not be refunded. Refunds will be issued up to July 28, 2021 for sets returned in good condition to ARC Reprographics. Any checks not returned to the contractor by this date will be turned over to the owner for deposit into the general operating fund.
