The primary work of this contract shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, performing the following tasks as specified herein: sewage flow control, preparatory sewer line cleaning and root removal, CCTV Inspection, pre and post CCTV inspections, trenchless (in-situ) point repair, CIPP lining, sewer manhole rehabilitation, traffic control and public safety, and the preparation of a sewer rehabilitation report. In general, the majority of work required for this sewer rehabilitation project is focused on CCTV inspection and trenchless repair; however, some additional/extra work may be requested beyond the basic scope of this project and may be authorized during construction by the execution of a Change Order(s) approved by the Town of Northfield herein referred to as the "Owner". Qualified bidders who are Minority/Women/Disabled Owned Business Enterprises (M/W/D/BE) businesses are encouraged to apply. Other qualified bidders are encouraged to partner with disadvantaged businesses.
