The tenderer is solely responsible for ensuring that the tender documents received are complete. The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or cost of any kind towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
