Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kimball, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
Plans call for energy-related facility improvements for the Jr./ Sr. High School and Mary Lynch Schools to include replacement of heating units and added cooling capacity. Additionally, the project will include LED lighting at Mary Lynch and new windows and doors at the Jr./ Sr. High School. As of June 1, 2022, a general contractor has been selected and construction is under way. Improvements are scheduled to be completed by August 10, 2022.
