The City of Redondo Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified skateboard facilities design-build entities ("DBE(s)") to produce conceptual designs, final designs, construction-ready documents and specifications, and details, and provide construction of a turnkey, non-supervised, permanent and concrete skate park facility at two locations, Perry Park and Pad 10 (at the Redondo Beach Pier), in the City of Redondo Beach, known at the Citywide Skate Facilities - Phase I Project, Job No. 30740 ("Project"). Deadline for Submission of Questions: June 23, 2021 The City of Redondo Beach reserves the right to adjust the proposed schedule as necessary. Recommendation to City Council for Award: September 7, 2021 Project Kick-Off: September 22, 2021 Substantial Completion of Construction: May 15, 2022
