In addition, the deadline for submitting complaints is June 21, 2021. The complaints management policy is available to the Municipality under article 938.1.2.1 of the Municipal Code of Quebec (RLRQ.c. C-27.1) or 573.3.1.3 of the Cities and Towns Act (RLRQ. C. . C-19). Any complaint or expression of interest must be sent to the following email address: smarceau@albanel.ca or to any address designated by the responsible official. Only bids from contractors having their main place of business in Quebec and holding the license required under the Act respecting the professional qualification of construction contractors (LRQ, CQ-1) are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. Tender contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Municipality of Albanel does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or charge of any kind towards the tenderer (s).
