Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*As of November 29, 2021, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is underway. BID RESULTS: Wright Construction Services $9,438,000.00 K & S Associates, Inc. $9,624,000.00 Hankins Construction Company $9,860,000.00 Jackson Building Group, Inc. $10,350,000.00 Interface Construction Corporation $10,900,000.00 Project consists of Construction of approximately 25,878 SF building addition connecting two (2) existing buildings (Central and East Halls) with limited renovations to areas within East and Central Halls. An addition is currently being planned for Normandy High School located at 701 St. Charles Rock Road in St. Louis, Missouri. The addition will be located east southeast of the Central Hall and north northwest of the East Hall. It is the Owners intent to provide a Notice to Proceed on or before Friday October 15, 2021. The undersigned Bidder understands the Owners desire for Final Completion to be achieved on or before December 15, 2022
