Remodeling of an educational facility in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Selective demolition and remodeling of the existing restrooms. Work includes removal of existing tile, partitions, masonry walls, accessories, electrical items, and plumbing fixtures. New work includes new tile finishes, doors, frames and hardware, steel stud and GWB walls, new floor and wall tile, toilet partitions, accessories, electrical and plumbing. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bidderhereby agrees to commence Workunderthis Contract on a date to be specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to substantially complete the Project within 90 consecutive calendar days thereafter, as stipulated in the specifications. Bidderfurther agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 for each consecutive calendar day after the established substantial completion date or adjusted date as established by change order
