Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade, 32-unit multi-residential development.

Reference number : 1497533 1.1 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the replacement of doors, windows and roofs (small buildings) at Habitations De l'Érablière located at 500, 04, 508, 512, 516 rue Richmond (building 1) and at 520, 524, 528, 532, 536 rue Richmond (building 2) 1.2 The project consists of carrying out all the works in accordance with the contractual documents . Without being limited to it, the work will consist of replacing doors, windows and roofs as well as passageways, exit stairs and their exterior balconies . 1.3 The work will be carried out in small buildings of 3 (three) floors, i.e. a set of 2 buildings of 16 housing units each bringing a total of 32 housing units intended for families. 1.4 All accommodation will be occupied during the works. Front access (pedestrian) must be constantly accessible to residents throughout the duration of the work. The contractor must plan and plan his work so as not to obstruct the entrances while allowing people and tenants to access and leave said buildings. The contractor must ensure that user safety is respected at all times.
