Site work and outdoor lighting for a municipal facility in Aspen, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility.
There are three addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. Update to Outdoor Lighting Standards in City of Aspen Land Use Code The project will include, but is not limited to: Professional Services in support of an extensive update to The City of Aspen's outdoor lighting standards. These regulations are contained within the city's Land Use Code. The update will evaluate current best practices applied to Aspen's specific planning context. The process will include consideration of the 2021 IECC, Aspen's Historic Design Guideline and Residential Design Guidelines. The potential for alignment with the lighting regulations of Pitkin County and designation by the International Dark Skies Association will also be considered. The process will involve outreach and engagement with Aspen's citizens and professional design and planning stakeholders.
