Site work for a water / sewer project in Mahoning Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Install concrete blocks for 190 L.F. upstream and 140 L.F. downstream of existing retaining wall on east side of Tower Drive. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID Bond, on the form provided with this document, payable to the OWNER for ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the BID. A Performance BOND and a Payment BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required in accordance with the Contract Surety provision of the GENERAL CONDITIONS Time of Completion : Seventy-Five (75) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portion thereof, and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township.
