Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work includes site preparation, site grading, construction of an asphalt road and eleven aggregate RV pads and site seeding Polk County Conservation Board Meeting held at 5:30 p.m. on July 14th at the Polk County Administrative Building located at 111Court Ave. Des Moines, IA 50309 room 110. The bid security must be in an amount set forth in the bidding documents and made payable to Polk County Conservation Board. The project consists of all materials, equipment, transport, and labor necessary to complete the improvements to construct a full service RV campground for eleven camping spots. Work includes site preparation, site grading, and utility connections for full service campground including sanitary septic system, water service, and electrical service to each camping spot. Work also includes the construction of asphalt park road and eleven RV pads with aggregate surfacing and all work described in the Construction Documents prepared by Polk County Conservation.
