The bid security must be in an amount set forth in the bidding documents and made payable to Polk County Conservation Board. The project consists of all materials, equipment, transport, and labor necessary to complete the improvements to construct a full service RV campground for eleven camping spots. Work includes site preparation, site grading, and utility connections for full service campground including sanitary septic system, water service, and electrical service to each camping spot. Work also includes the construction of asphalt park road and eleven RV pads with aggregate surfacing and all work described in the Construction Documents prepared by Polk County Conservation.
