The work will consist of completely removing the existing chain-link fence and installing a new electrically grounded chain-link fence. The new chain-link fence will be eight (8) feet high and will include six barbed wires, concertina wired, 1-inch wire mesh fabric, and non-motorized cantilever slide gates with ISP security latches. the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. These technical specifications are the minimum set of requirements for completing the work described below. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, supplies and services (except as may be expressly set forth in this contract as furnished by the Government) and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incident to, to performance and completion of the work described as follows or shown on the plans as described in these specifications.
