Site work and paving for a civil project in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Liquidated Damages: $1,600.00 Per Calendar Day Removal of existing damaged 1/4-ton concreted rock riprap bank protection; removal of a portion of corrugated metal pipe (CMP) with missing invert; repair of scour hole by injecting slurry to fill the void under and around the existing CMP; lining the remaining CMP up to the catch basin on Easy Street with cured in place pipeliner material; installing a 36-inch Caltrans flared end section (FES) and a reinforced concrete collar to connect the FES to the existing CMP; repair of existing damaged 1/4-ton concreted rock riprap bank and toedown protection; and appurtenant work. Mobilization includes preliminary services, work and operations, including but not limited to, furnishing required bonds, obtaining necessary permits and work areas, providing a specified field office, the movement of labor, supplies, equipment and incidentals to the Work site, and for all other work, services and operations which must be performed or for which costs are incurred prior to performing work of the other Contract items
