Scope of work to include membrane roof replacement for all (8) residential buildings and Community Building, exterior door replacement, selective window replacement at residential units, wood siding removal and replacement at (3) residential buildings (5 previously replaced). Renovation of three existing units to be ADA accessible and provide ADA accessible kitchen in the Community Building. Sidewalks to be removed and replaced and new ADA compliant ramps to be installed. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 2/9/22 Time 10:00 A.M. All General Bidder questions must be received by 2/2/22 @ 10:00 A.M. in order to be answered by addendum. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c. 149, 44A(2)(B) and to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149, 26 - 27H.
