Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The project involves upgrading the building in order to increase the capacity of exits by adding a new exterior exit staircase serving floors 2 to 6 inclusive. To do this, a partial redevelopment is required in the southeast sector of levels 1 to 6 of the building in order to create an access corridor at the exit, add a discharge outlet and reinforce the concrete slab, all according to indications on drawings and specifications. The redevelopment of the floors includes a total area of approximately 1,500 sqm. A more precise description of the work can be found in the architectural specifications in section 01 11 00. Work schedule The Contractor undertakes to take all the necessary measures in order to respect the schedule foreseen to start the work on or around August 16 , 2021 allowing the issuance of the final Acceptance Certificate no later than April 22, 2022 .
