Site work for a water / sewer project in Buford, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design of new sewer/infrastructure and installation along Friendship Road and SR 347 to provide additional sewer reach in South Hall. Construction of approximately 17,000 linear feet (LF) of PVC and DIP Gravity Sewer Main; one 1,000 gpm duplex submersible pump station; 10,000 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE diameter force main; and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.” This project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 11, 2023, design team has been selected and the design is complete. Construction began in June 2022 and completion is expected by June 18, 2204.
