Pursuant to N.C. Statute Sec. 143-128.1(A), the County of Forsyth is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the Belews Lake Park Phase I Project. This RFQ provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements and timeline. Questions, requests for information, and inquiries related to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to James Anderson at andersja@forsyth.cc. Deadline for submission of questions is 5:00 pm, June 21, 2021. Written responses will be provided by written addendum. The County of Forsyth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. This RFQ does not obligate the County to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response nor does it obligate the County to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
