The Department of Administrative Services (Department) is seeking proposals for an Energy Procurement Consultant as defined in this Request for Proposals (RFP) document. This document provides instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure and criteria by which the Provider(s) will be selected and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the State of New Hampshire (State) and the awarded Bidder. 06/04/2021 Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to RFP 06/09/2021 State Response to submitted questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to RFP The State reserves the right to amend this RFP at its discretion, prior to the Proposal submission deadline. In the event of an addendum to this RFP, the State, at its sole discretion, may extend the Proposal submission deadline, as it deems appropriate. The Department is seeking a cost-efficient proposal(s) to provide services, as defined in this RFP, for the anticipated contract period defined in the table below. Please note that the dates below are estimated and may be adjusted, as necessary, in order to comply with all procedural requirements associated with this RFP and the contracting process. The actual contract start date will be established by a completed and approved contract. Initial Period of Performance 7/1/2021 6/30/2022 Renewal Period #1 7/1/2022 6/30/2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Renewal Period #2 7/1/2023 6/30/2024 Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidders unopened. Delivery of the Proposals shall be at the bidder's expense. The time of receipt shall be considered when a Proposal has been officially documented by the Bureau of Purchase and Property, in accordance with its established policies, as having been received at the location designated above. The State accepts no responsibility for mislabeled mail or mail that is not delivered or is undeliverable for any reason. Any damage that may occur due to shipping shall be the Bidder's responsibility.
