This project will consist of the removal of existing parking lot asphalt, grading, drainage, partial wall removal, and reconstruction of approximately 152 LF of roadway to the new Voter Registration Building and the partial asphalt removal, grading and striping of the existing parking lot to meet ADA requirements, located in Camden, South Carolina. See title sheet for exact project location, roadway is part of the existing courthouse parking lot directly behind 1113 Broad Street A Bid Bond shall be required in the amount of 5% of bidder's maximum bid price. The total contract time shall be 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice-to-Proceed. The selected qualifier is encouraged to make a good faith effort of entering into subcontracts or joint ventures with minority business.
