Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to June 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms for the design, permitting and bidding services for upgrades on two ozone generators power supply units The project will generally consist of developing contract drawings and technical specifications, obtaining necessary permits, and assisting in the bidding process. The construction administration and observation-based services may be awarded at a later date. CFPUA will address questions regarding the RFQ until 2:00 PM on July 1, 2021. Questions submitted after this time will not addressed.
