For the design and construction of the Potomac River Tunnel Contract B - Tunnel System Construction Project (Project). DC Water is proposing to construct this Project as a major component of the DC Clean Rivers (DCCR) Project to meet court-ordered combined sewer overflow (CSO) control objectives. As of March 21, 2025, construction is underway, and completion expected early 2030.
