The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: formalizing an alternative analysis consisting of three concept alternatives provided by the city, final design of the preferred alternative with supporting engineering and technical studies (e.g. geotechnical investigation, structural analysis, hydraulic and hydrological studies, etc.), land surveying and recorded document preparation, traffic analysis, CEQA processing and associated environmental impact and mitigation assessment, resource agency permitting, and design support services throughout construction. The scope of work will also include public outreach and engagement efforts, land surveying, historic/cultural resource review, right-of-way verification and land acquisition. These requested services are detailed further within this solicitation. Interested parties shall submit a SOQ to display the capabilities in providing these services per the specifications outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The city will enter into a Professional Services Agreement (Attachment D) with the most qualified consulting team (Consultant) as determined by the city's selection committee, and after negotiating and finalizing a detailed project scope and fee.
