Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Finleyville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Veterans Memorial Park Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a baseball field, fencing, parking, and other related appurtenances at the Veterans Memorial Park in Union Township. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Union Township. The bid envelope must be clearly marked Veterans Memorial Park Project. Union Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Veterans Memorial Park project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
