A timeline for award has not yet been established.** St. Charles County is accepting bids for the following: IFB 21-084 Flatwoods Park Boat Ramp Construction and Development Bid specifications may be obtained on the Internet at website. One (1) original and one (1) signed copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked "IFB 21-084 Flatwoods Park Boat Ramp Construction and Development" with the date and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner of the envelope. Flatwoods Park Boat Ramp, located on Cuivre River is a Saint Charles County Park that will provide visitor dropoff, canoe/kayak launching, and park facilities to the public. Park amenities will be ADA accessible The project is located in the Cuivre River Floodway and is designed to withstand inundation and floodwaters. Surface regrading will be performed to develop the park and boat launch facilities. The project will not increase the regulatory water surface elevation and the site mass grading meets the no net fill requirement for floodways. The grading on the site will have a net cut. Complete all work within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days from the original Notice to Proceed
