t "Construction of Water Plant No. 1 and 2 Rehabilitation for Harris County MUD No. 358, Harris County, Texas" Water Plant No. 1 and 2 Rehabilitation including draining, cleaning, blasting and recoating of interior and exterior of existing GST No. 1 and 2 and all attendant above ground piping and fittings, and rehabilitation as shown on plans; power wash exterior of existing concrete GST No. 3 and rehabilitation as shown of the plans; rehabilitation of chlorine feed room and control building; recoating of emergency diesel generator enclosure; and site work as shown on the plans at Water Plant No. 1; Rehabilitation of GST No. 1 and 2, rehabilitation of HPT No. 1 and 2; and site work as shown on the plans at Water Plant No.2; blasting and recoating all above ground piping of Water Wells No. 1 through 7 as shown on the plans. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
