Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project encompasses approx. 32,000 s.f. of space on the 1st and 2nd floor of Bldg.1 The primary objective of this project is to completely renovate the existing patient bathrooms tocorrect water leak issues, as required by the contract drawings and specifications. The project scope also includes remedial work to correct plumbing issues related to hot water and hot water return circulation, refresh of nurse stations and cabinets, painting of walls and trim, install new flooring, ceilings, bathroom accessories, handrails/crashguards, etc. Background:The first floor houses the Acute Inpatient Mental Health (IPMH) unit whichincludes 20 patient rooms and has a total of 32 beds. The second floor is occupied by the ResidentialRehabilitationTreatment Program(RRTP)whichhas16patientroomsand26beds.ThespaceisbeingrenovatedtoaddressFCAdeficienciesin thearea. Performance Period:The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in atotal of 270 calendar days or less from date of award/Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise directed by theContractingOfficer(CO).
