The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition and installation of 3 existing desiccants dehumidification units and all associated equipment and the replacement of 2 electrical feeds that serves 2 out of the 3 units. It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work by December 15, 2021. Refer to the procurement documents for further details. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
