Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Jennette, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Jennette has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to construct an additional fire bay at the fire station. The project would require 20' x 60' x 8" concrete slab, 20' x 60' x 14' building, overhead door, standard gutters and downspouts, electrical outlets and lights. The City of Jennette is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The City of Jennette is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
