Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes, but is not limited to installing two (2) 6S x 2R box culverts on Hatcher Rd. in Pulaski County along with a concrete ditch turn up wall on the downstream end of the box culverts that dump into Hatcher Lake. One box culvert will be on a 60 degree skew, while the other box culvert will be on a 45 degree skew. This project will also consist of asphalt paving, curb inlet installation, dumped rip rap on the slopes near the box culvert and ditch paving. Pulaski County Public Works hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non- discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Buy America provisions apply to this project. The Arkansas Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications Section 106 has requirements and restrictions for Buy America.
